Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of UI/UX design experience and a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects, along with expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Candidates should have knowledge of interaction, information architecture, visual and responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards, plus the ability to conduct research, communicate effectively, and defend design decisions.
