Principal UX Designer, Senior Talent and Transformation (STT)

The Principal UX Designer will set the UX vision and strategic product roadmap while leading the design of end-to-end product experiences. They will also facilitate executive work sessions, mentor junior designers, and drive the adoption of design best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Set UX vision and influence the strategic product roadmap
- Develop working prototypes to learn and fail fast
- Facilitate work sessions with executive leaders
- Own endâtoâend product experiences and features
- Lead design through discovery, development, and launch phases
- Champion humanâcentered design culture and best practices
- Provide coaching and feedback to grow junior designers
- Create and drive adoption of design guidelines, processes, and tools
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience
- Online portfolio showcasing UI, IA, and interaction design work
- Experience with full design lifecycle from strategy to execution
- Proficiency with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to work in ambiguous environments
