Senior UX/UI & Graphic Designer (Media Graphics)

Shape and improve APOLO’s user experience and product interfaces by designing user journeys, flows, prototypes, responsive layouts, and scalable design systems. Define and maintain the company’s visual identity across marketing, social media, investor materials, and platform communications while collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve user journeys across the platform
• Design intuitive and scalable user flows for key interactions
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes and functional layouts
• Conduct usability analysis and iterate based on user behavior
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure practical implementations
• Help evolve and maintain the design system and component structure
• Define and evolve the visual identity and communication standards
• Design visual assets for marketing, investor presentations, social media and promotional materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all public‑facing materials
• Participate in strategic visual and product discussions
• Provide design leadership and mentorship during synchronous team sessions

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX/UI and product design roles
• Exceptional portfolio showing UX thinking, UI design, product interfaces and branding work
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design, responsive design and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail and design consistency
• Effective collaboration during synchronous working hours
