Create clear, on-brand UI/UX designs for complex banking services, including screen designs, design guidelines, specifications, and reusable design systems. Manage design decisions and implementation, collaborate with product, business, IT, and research teams, and use user research and industry trends to improve the product experience.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, on-brand UI/UX designs for complex banking services, including screen designs, design guidelines, specifications, and reusable design systems. Manage design decisions and implementation, collaborate with product, business, IT, and research teams, and use user research and industry trends to improve the product experience.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of UI/UX design experience, strong interaction and visual design skills, and experience designing for desktop and native mobile applications. Candidates should be proficient with UI/UX design tools, communicate effectively with stakeholders, work within design systems and Agile/Scrum teams, and have a strong online portfolio; financial-sector experience is preferred.
