- Lead product design from discovery through delivery, shaping strategy and creating intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify loan applications, lending operations, and home transactions. Facilitate alignment across product and engineering teams, build reusable design foundations, maintain high craft standards, and use AI tools to accelerate research and delivery.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of full-time product design experience, a strong portfolio, fluent English, and proficiency in Figma, interaction and responsive design, and design systems. Candidates should be able to lead strategic discussions, deliver polished solutions amid ambiguity and change, communicate design decisions clearly, and use AI tools in their design work; mortgage knowledge is a plus.
