Requirements
- Candidates need commercial experience designing and launching customer-facing products, a strong portfolio, advanced UX/UI skills, and advanced Figma proficiency. They should have hands-on experience with large-scale design systems, responsive and data-heavy interfaces, prototyping, and cross-functional delivery; FinTech experience is a plus.
