[쿠팡페이] Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will lead the end-to-end product design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product goals and roadmaps. They are responsible for driving design excellence, maintaining design systems, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product goals and design direction to achieve optimal customer experience
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, engineering, operations, and marketing stakeholders to set strategic direction
• Participate in product roadmap and priority discussions, integrating design perspective
• Drive improvements and standardization of the platform-wide design system
• Own product quality through collaboration and priority management
• Define problems and UX strategies based on data, conduct iterative improvements and A/B testing
• Explore and design for new devices and future usage contexts
• Deliver high‑quality work with proactive execution and strong responsibility

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of product design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing successfully launched products or design work
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to lead the entire design process from insight extraction and journey mapping to UI design
• Experience working directly with engineers to ensure design implementation and quality
• Experience collaborating with product owners to define strategy and roadmap priorities
• Strong execution and accountability to complete required tasks
• Fluent in English and Korean communication
