The Senior UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and design functional, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistent design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first and complex system design. A bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Figma and knowledge of user-centered design principles.
