Design Manager - Sports Infrastructure (Building Engineering)

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across building disciplines, serving as the primary client interface and translating stakeholder needs into technical briefs. Direct design strategy, assurance, risk, program, commercial, and governance activities while ensuring integrated, compliant, safe, and buildable project outcomes.

Requirements

• Ideally, candidates have 10 or more years of experience, a strong foundation in building services engineering, and a record of delivering complex multidisciplinary projects in areas such as defence, healthcare, aviation, or sports infrastructure. They should have led full design teams, managed client relationships, and understand program controls, commercial risk, technical governance, and compliance; Australian citizenship is required, while prior defence clearance is advantageous.
