Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs, masterâs, or doctoral degree in a relevant technical discipline and 15â20+ years of relevant semiconductor, package development, NPI, manufacturing, or technical program management experience. Candidates should have experience leading complex semiconductor NPI and global teams, strong knowledge of package and assembly processes, and a record of resolving quality, reliability, yield, manufacturability, and schedule challenges.
