Requirements
- At least 2 years of endâtoâend design experience on complex software products
- Strong UX, interaction, and visual design judgment
- Experience using research, data, and controlled testing to inform decisions
- Proficiency with prototyping tools and clear communication skills
- Ability to define problems, set design scope, and create user flows
- Experience with design systems; AI tools, conversational AI, or motion design is a plus
