- Lead architectural design projects and design-contract proposals from concept through completion, producing detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models. Ensure compliance with building codes, collaborate with project stakeholders, and mentor junior architects.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in architecture is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with 4–5 years of relevant architectural design and project execution experience. The candidate must be a Saudi national, fluent in Arabic and English, proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and bring strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; international project exposure and knowledge of sustainable design and advanced building technologies are also sought.
