Requirements
- Requires at least two years of end-to-end design experience with complex software products, strong UX, interaction, and visual design judgment, and practical experience with controlled testing and data-driven decisions. Candidates should be proficient with prototyping tools, communicate effectively across teams, and bring strong product thinking; experience with design systems, conversational AI, motion design, or AI tools is a plus.
