Own product design for key areas of the platform, translating complex, data-intensive workflows into intuitive and scalable user experiences from problem discovery through implementation. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs; collaborate remotely with product and engineering, contribute to the design system, and communicate design decisions while seeking feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own product design for core areas of the platform, from problem discovery to final implementation
- Translate complex, data‑intensive workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teams in a remote setup to ship features
- Contribute actively to the design system to ensure consistency across the platform
- Communicate design decisions proactively and gather feedback via video calls, Loom, and Figma comments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products
- Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote teams with self‑organization and proactive communication
- Fluent use of Figma and modern AI‑driven prototyping tools
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
