Product Designer (m/f/d)
Impower Gmbh Remote (🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania)
You will be responsible for the end-to-end product design of core platform features, translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a remote setup to ensure high-quality, consistent design implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own product design for central areas of the platform, from problem discovery to final implementation
- Translate complex, data‑intensive workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑quality UI designs
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teams to ship great features in a remote setup
- Contribute actively to the design system to ensure consistency across the platform
- Proactively communicate design decisions and seek feedback via video calls, Loom recordings, and Figma comments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical product design experience in a fast‑moving environment, preferably with B2B or SaaS products
- Proven success working in remote teams with strong self‑organization and proactive communication
- Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills and experience with scalable design systems
- Very confident use of Figma and routine use of modern AI and prototyping tools
- Ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive them to high‑quality solutions independently
- Very good communication skills in German and English
