Lead end-to-end design for provider-facing products, partner workflows, and internal tools, translating complex marketplace and operational challenges into clear, trustworthy user experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for provider-facing products, partner workflows, and internal tools, translating complex marketplace and operational challenges into clear, trustworthy user experiences. Collaborate across functions, use research and data to guide decisions, extend shared design patterns, mentor peers, and experiment with AI tools to improve design quality and speed.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience and a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex products, from ambiguous problem framing through launch. Candidates should demonstrate strong interaction design, systems thinking, information architecture, Figma and prototyping skills, hands-on experimentation with AI tools, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
