Design high-quality digital experiences and interfaces for the company’s public websites and products, creating scalable, consistent solutions across brands and markets while contributing to the design system. Lead design projects from problem discovery through delivery and results tracking, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and using research, data, and metrics to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑quality digital experiences and interfaces for institutional sites, products, landing pages, simulators and other public properties
- Apply expertise in typography, grid, hierarchy, composition, interaction and motion to craft exceptional interfaces
- Develop scalable, consistent solutions across multiple sites, brands and markets, advancing the design system
- Own projects from problem definition through delivery and post‑launch performance analysis
- Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing and other stakeholders, presenting and defending design decisions
- Leverage data, metrics, research and usage insights to inform and continuously improve digital experiences
- Present work clearly, highlighting context, decisions, outcomes and impact
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer delivering digital products
- Strong visual and interface portfolio with clear presentation of outcomes
- Expertise in typography, grid, visual hierarchy, composition and motion
- Hands‑on experience with Figma
- Ability to create scalable solutions and contribute to design system evolution
- Autonomy to lead projects, prioritize tasks and make design decisions
- Excellent communication for cross‑functional collaboration
- Comfort using data and metrics to support design choices
- Intermediate English
