Requirements
- Requires extensive digital UX/UI design experience, particularly with IT services tooling, and a track record of shaping unified experiences across disparate tools. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, technical familiarity with modern front-end workflows, expert Figma proficiency, and experience with Google Analytics or similar user-behavior tools.
