Lead UX research, analysis, and design for web and mobile applications, including evaluating existing systems and creating wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with federal clients and engineering teams to deliver accessible, intuitive solutions, develop scalable design resources, and mentor junior designers.

Collaborate with federal clients and engineering teams to deliver accessible, intuitive solutions, develop scalable design resources, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree, the ability to obtain a Public Trust, and 10 or more years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating research-driven responsive web and mobile design. Candidates should have advanced UX research and design expertise, knowledge of Section 508 and USWDS standards, advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, and proficiency with Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
