Graphic Designer

Create original designs for sportswear and prepare production-ready graphics for textile sublimation. Coordinate with production and machine operators to optimize print quality, color accuracy, and the final appearance on fabric.
Responsibilities
- Create original designs for football jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, training wear and other customized sports garments
- Prepare graphic files ready for sublimation printing
- Develop designs according to client requests, club identities and brand style guides
- Design patterns, colour combinations, graphic elements and visual concepts for collections
- Work directly with the production team to ensure excellent rendering of designs on the final product
- Manage colour workflows, including ICC profiles, colour spaces and colour matching
- Adjust artwork when printed colours differ from on‑screen expectations
- Collaborate with sublimation machine operators to achieve the best print quality and colour fidelity
- Understand the impact of inks, sublimation paper, hot press settings and fabric type on final results
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Previous experience creating sportswear or technical apparel is strongly desired
- Hands‑on experience with textile sublimation is required
- Good understanding of how sublimation printing machines and thermal transfer processes work
- Excellent mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of CorelDRAW or similar tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of color management, ICC profiles and color space matching
- Creative, rigorous, autonomous and passionate about sport design
- Ability to collaborate with production teams and solve technical printing issues
