Responsibilities
- Lead a 15-engineer team delivering multiple Wide-VIN buck regulator projects from specification through production, providing technical direction and mentoring. Coordinate with systems and cross-functional engineering teams to define competitive products and deliver high-quality, on-time designs with first-pass silicon success.
Requirements
- Requires 10 or more years of analog or power-management IC design experience, with deep expertise in switching regulators and buck converters operating at input voltages of at least 60 V. Candidates should have a record of leading teams and shipping complex products, managing parallel projects, collaborating across engineering functions, mentoring talent, and communicating effectively; industrial or automotive experience and relevant patents are preferred.
