Requirements
- Candidates should have a foundational understanding of user-centered and interface design, hands-on design experience, and the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with a modern design tool. Strong visual attention, usability and accessibility awareness, clear communication, and openness to feedback are required; a relevant portfolio and exposure to testing, responsive design, design systems, or web implementation are preferred.
