Requirements
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design, experience with SaaS products or complex workflows, and strong Figma skills. They should communicate design decisions clearly, collaborate with engineers through production, simplify complex information, and demonstrate ownership and attention to detail.
