Translate customer needs and business objectives into usable digital experiences by creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs. Conduct lightweight research, document design decisions and components, and coordinate handoff and implementation with Product and Technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate client needs and business goals into usable digital experiences
- Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interface proposals
- Support implementation through design handoff and continuous collaboration with product and technology teams
- Conduct light tactical research to validate design hypotheses
- Document design decisions and component specifications following CoE standards
- Design specific solutions tailored to squad initiatives and execution
Requirements
- 4–6 years of senior‑level experience designing digital products in agile or digital transformation environments
- Strong UX/UI design skills with a hybrid profile
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Experience delivering design handoff and follow‑up with product and technology teams
- Competence in conducting light research to validate hypotheses
- Documentation of design decisions and components according to the Center of Excellence standards
- Advanced reading comprehension in English and intermediate conversational ability
- Preferred background in banking, fintech or other regulated industries
