- Lead end-to-end design for complex internal products, from discovery and workflow analysis through prototyping, implementation, and iteration, partnering with product, engineering, research, and operational teams. Requirements
- Requires at least four years of product, UX, or related design experience, examples of shipping at least two complex digital experiences, and experience owning cross-functional relationships and design work from problem definition through launch. Candidates should demonstrate strong product and systems thinking, communication and visual craft, and active use of AI-assisted tools for realistic prototyping and product exploration.
