Own the end-to-end Brief mode experience, from brief upload and AI analysis through collaborative editing, review, approval, and finished creative. Design AI-assisted workflows, conduct research and usability testing, use analytics to identify friction, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams while evolving the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Brief mode experience, from brief upload and AI analysis through collaborative editing, review, approval, and finished creative. Design AI-assisted workflows, conduct research and usability testing, use analytics to identify friction, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams while evolving the design system.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or complex workflow tools, with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of shipped features and hands-on experience designing AI-powered interfaces. Candidates should be fluent in Figma and rapid prototyping, have strong interaction and systems thinking, and use qualitative research and quantitative data to guide decisions; React or adtech experience is a plus.
