High Senior Design Manager (m/w/d)

The Design Manager is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams across all phases. This includes overseeing construction costs, schedules, and contractual obligations while maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for design management across all disciplines in general planning
- Coordinate and control costs, schedules, and contractual obligations
- Lead project teams, often distributed across offices and countries
- Proactively drive decision‑making and stakeholder collaboration
- Engage with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Participate in project acquisition, offer preparation, and negotiations
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture or related field
- 20 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in LPH 3–4 and 6 years in LPH 5
- Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary planning teams
- Strong knowledge of German building codes and environmental regulations
- Experience with digital planning tools and BIM
- Fluent German and English
