- Requires strong craft across user research, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design, along with expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Candidates should have experience with end-to-end, multi-channel design, analytics and research-informed iteration, design systems, distributed teams, and facilitating design workshops or sprints.
