Senior Product UI/UX Designer | Remote
Neo Media Group Ltd Remote (š®š³ Noida, Dadri, India)
Lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile products, translating business and user needs into research-informed journeys, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Maintain design systems, document specifications, collaborate with developers, review implementation quality, and recommend improvements to product workflows and AI-enabled experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead endātoāend UI/UX design for complex web and mobile applications
- Participate in product discussions and document business and user requirements
- Apply business analysis to map user roles, workflows, dependencies, and edge cases
- Create user journeys, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highāfidelity UI designs
- Conduct R&D, competitor analysis, UX benchmarking, and industry research
- Propose improvements to product workflows, usability, and engagement
- Design experiences considering current and future AI capabilities
- Produce design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Review implemented features for design accuracy, responsiveness, and UI/UX issues
- Create graphic assets such as flyers, banners, and presentation materials as needed
Requirements
- 6+ years UI/UX or product design experience
- Exceptional portfolio of web and mobile products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, IA, responsive design, usability, accessibility
- Excellent visual design skills (color, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
- Business analysis skills to structure complex ideas
- Analytical, research, and problemāsolving abilities
- High ownership, creativity, curiosity, and initiative
- Excellent English communication and writing
- Experience with complex multiārole platforms
- Collaboration experience with developers and awareness of frontāend constraints
- Familiarity with usability testing and UI/UX QA
- Graphic design skills for marketing assets
- Awareness of emerging AI technologies
