Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan with an agency to align visual strategies with business objectives
- Create visual content for social media advertising and organic posts, ensuring brand consistency
- Design digital media elements for the website and online shop to enhance user experience
- Produce highâquality print materials such as catalogs, brochures, and magazine advertisements
- Design graphics, illustrations, and logos for custom projects according to client specifications
- Develop and manage newsletters, including audience segmentation and content visualization
- Conceptualize merchandise graphics for clothing and accessories to support campaigns
- Create packaging designs for products and shipping boxes that reflect brand identity
- Perform photo editing for product images and custom projects
- Utilize advanced AI graphic tools like NANO Banana to enhance design workflows
- Produce realistic 3D renderings, animations and videos to showcase products
- Edit and produce video content for social media platforms, including Reels and short videos
- Assist in video editing and cutting for various content needs
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to independently interpret requirements and create concepts
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Fluent German at C2 level for technical discussions
- Basic knowledge of Premiere or Final Cut (preferred)
- Familiarity with Shopware platform (preferred)
