Category Design Manager Oral Health

Lead the creative strategy and visual brand experience across the oral health category, developing brand systems, distinctive assets, packaging principles, and cohesive consumer and healthcare professional experiences across channels. Guide cross-functional teams and agency partners, influence innovation and business decisions, and establish creative standards that strengthen brand equity and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy and visual brand experience across the oral health category, developing brand systems, distinctive assets, packaging principles, and cohesive consumer and healthcare professional experiences across channels. Guide cross-functional teams and agency partners, influence innovation and business decisions, and establish creative standards that strengthen brand equity and design quality.

Requirements

• Candidates need at least 10 years of visual design, creative design management, or design leadership experience, including FMCG or healthcare design leadership and expertise in branding, design systems, and innovation design. They should bring human-centered design and design-thinking proficiency, cross-disciplinary and omnichannel experience, a strong portfolio, Adobe Creative Cloud experience, and the ability to influence and lead through design.
