Senior Product Designer, Verifications

Own end-to-end design for Checkr Verifications products, including drug and occupational health testing, simplifying complex workflows across candidate, employer, and operational experiences. Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to research, prototype, validate, and deliver accessible, trustworthy solutions while contributing to design systems and team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Checkr Verifications products, including drug and occupational health testing, simplifying complex workflows across candidate, employer, and operational experiences. Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to research, prototype, validate, and deliver accessible, trustworthy solutions while contributing to design systems and team alignment.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 5–8 or more years of product design experience, a portfolio showing end-to-end work and measurable impact, and the ability to simplify complex workflows while balancing user, business, and technical needs. They should be skilled in lightweight research, interaction and visual design, accessibility, cross-functional collaboration, and taking ownership in ambiguous environments.
