- Lead end-to-end UX research for Altium 365, including recruiting participants, conducting interviews and studies, and testing concepts, prototypes, and live features. Maintain a searchable insights repository, connect findings to product decisions, and help designers and product managers use research effectively.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of hands-on UX or product research experience, strong qualitative research skills, and the ability to design surveys and interpret product analytics. Candidates should be able to test prototypes at different stages, communicate findings clearly, scope research to fit timelines, and be familiar with research operations tools; engineering or PCB design experience and Figma familiarity are preferred.
