Plan and conduct UX research for a retail app, using methods such as heuristic analysis, usability testing, benchmarking, and mixed-methods research. Analyze and synthesize findings, identify product improvement opportunities, and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Mid‑level experience as a UX Researcher
- Hands‑on experience with applied research for digital products
- Proficiency in heuristic analysis, usability testing, and benchmarking
- Ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical, organized and autonomous work style
- Preferably experience with mobile apps, retail/e‑commerce, mixed‑methods research, and residence in São Paulo or Porto Alegre
