The UX Researcher will plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and human factors analysis to support AI and data analytics programs for the DHS OIG. They will also develop adoption measurement frameworks, personas, and journey maps to ensure technology solutions meet mission needs.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in user experience research or a related field. Applicants must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a DHS Public Trust (Tier 4) fitness determination.
