Lead complex product design projects and create effective user experiences across the organization’s public-facing digital properties, aligning solutions with business strategy, technical constraints, and the design system. Mentor less experienced designers, contribute to design system improvements, and use prototypes, usability testing, data, and stakeholder collaboration to improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist leadership in defining and implementing product design strategies
- Serve as a technical reference, mentoring junior designers and guiding design decisions
- Develop innovative, high‑complexity user experiences in multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure deliverables align with business strategy, technical constraints, and the design system
- Contribute insights to the continuous development of the design system
- Create prototypes, conduct usability tests, and make data‑based design decisions
- Define metrics, identify user behaviors and problems, and propose solutions
- Communicate proactively, question assumptions, and drive stakeholder alignment
- Lead project meetings, understand business requirements, and clearly present design outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong visual and interface portfolio
- Expertise in typography, grid systems, hierarchy, page composition, and interaction details
- Proficiency with motion and interactive prototyping
- Ability to design scalable solutions across many sites and evolve design systems
- Data‑driven decision making using metrics and analytics
- Strong communication skills to lead meetings with stakeholders and present solutions
- Fluent English (intermediate acceptable) and ability to work in an international environment
- Experience with financial services or fintech platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with code or tools like Framer and Webflow is a differentiator
