Advise senior clients, manage complex workstreams and multidisciplinary teams, develop junior talent, and contribute to practice growth, sales, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Candidates should have substantial experience in service, product, or experience design, including complex, multi-channel transformations and a portfolio demonstrating human-centered design and creative problem-solving. They should be fluent in AI and data-enabled design, proficient with collaborative design tools, and experienced in senior stakeholder engagement, team leadership, Agile delivery, and commercial consulting.
