Lead and direct utility design activities and dispersed technical teams, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective designs that meet customer expectations, corporate standards, safety requirements, and regulations. Manage design resources and workforce development, support construction and operations teams, improve processes, maintain design standards, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Manage design resources and workforce development, support construction and operations teams, improve processes, maintain design standards, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Requires an associate degree in drafting and design or equivalent plus at least seven years of relevant utility, operations, or energy infrastructure design experience, or a bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering plus at least three years of relevant design experience. Construction coordination and project management experience are preferred, along with problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
