Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research for Altium 365, including participant recruitment, interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, surveys, and testing concepts, prototypes, and live features. Build and maintain a searchable insights repository, communicate actionable findings, and strengthen research practices across design and product teams.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of hands-on UX or product research experience, strong qualitative research skills, and the ability to design surveys and interpret product analytics. Candidates should be able to test prototypes at different levels of fidelity, communicate findings clearly, work within ambiguity and timelines, and be familiar with research operations tools; professional-level English is required.
