Lead design strategy and cross-functional alignment, build scalable design foundations, and help elevate the design team's craft.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of full-time product design experience, fluent English for a US client-facing environment, strong Figma and design systems skills, and the ability to lead collaborative sessions and communicate design decisions. Candidates should use AI tools to improve design work, adapt quickly across teams and changing priorities, and be comfortable working through ambiguity; mortgage knowledge is a plus.
