Create and modify CAD models and drawings, evaluate product designs using analysis and simulation, and support testing, tooling, and technical reporting. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes, standardize work, track production metrics, and implement operational improvement programs.

Requirements
- Applicants must have completed one to two years of an accredited bachelor's program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements. Candidates should be self-motivated, communicate well, use MS Office, and be able to set goals and meet commitments; manufacturing experience, Autodesk Inventor, and ANSYS are desirable but not required.
