Senior Product Designer - Híbrida no Itaim Bibi, SP

Develop high-quality product and user experience designs for the group’s public-facing digital properties, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business strategy, technical constraints, and the design system. Lead complex cross-functional projects, mentor less experienced designers, use prototypes and data to improve user experiences, and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support design leadership in strategy and implementation of product design
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior designers
- Develop innovative, high‑impact user experiences for complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Align deliverables with business strategy, technical constraints and design system components
- Contribute to design system development and documentation
- Create prototypes, conduct usability testing and make data‑informed decisions
- Define metrics, identify user behavior patterns and propose improvements
- Lead meetings with stakeholders, understand business needs and clearly present design solutions
Requirements
- Outstanding visual and interface design skills
- Strong command of typography, grid systems, hierarchy and page composition
- Attention to interaction details and motion design familiarity
- Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual work and clear presentation
- Ability to create scalable solutions across many websites and contribute to the design system
- Data‑driven decision making with metrics and user insights
- Autonomy, strong communication and ability to lead stakeholder meetings
- Experience with web and product interfaces (institutional sites, landing pages, acquisition flows)
- Financial services domain experience (preferred)
- Motion and interaction prototyping
- Familiarity with code or tools such as Framer and Webflow
- Intermediate English proficiency
