Diagnose user and business needs, conduct research, map journeys, and use data and insights to shape intuitive product experiences. Create and validate flows, wireframes, and interfaces in Figma, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and monitor launched solutions for opportunities to improve.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose user and business problems through research and interviews
- Map journeys, create personas and define insights
- Generate concepts and explore solutions to simplify user experiences
- Design flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity interfaces in Figma using Design System components
- Conduct usability testing and evaluate solutions with engineering teams
- Track post‑launch performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams throughout development
Requirements
- Strong user‑centered design mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
- Decision‑making based on data and context
- Ability to understand business problems as well as user experience
- Hands‑on experience with the full product design process
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Photoshop
- Experience with Design Systems and accessibility best practices
- Qualitative and quantitative research experience
- Presentation skills to defend design proposals
- Adaptability to changing requirements
