Lead and develop the equipment Design Engineering team, prioritizing its project and operational portfolio while supporting manufacturing and R&D equipment needs. Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, plus either two years of formal people leadership experience or seven years of engineering experience. Candidates should bring equipment design fundamentals, experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and complex project management, strong communication and mentoring skills, and business-fluent English and German; relevant automation or engineering degrees and direct automation equipment design experience are desired.
