Conduct user research, analyze product and business data, and contribute to product roadmaps in collaboration with product managers and technical leads. Design and validate web and mobile experiences, apply and improve the design system, and maintain usability and quality while accounting for technical and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, validation and quantitative analysis autonomously
- Map pain points, opportunities and behaviors across journeys for consortium members, consultants, partners and internal teams
- Analyze product data and business performance metrics to inform hypotheses and prioritization
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to shape the product roadmap
- Create user flows, journeys, wireframes and medium‑to‑high‑fidelity interfaces for web and mobile
- Leverage AI tools to optimize product development
- Run validation tests with internal and external users
- Apply and continuously improve Ademicon’s Design System
- Maintain focus on quality and usability while meeting technical and business requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer handling full discovery and delivery cycles
- Proven ability to conduct user interviews, usability tests and quantitative analysis independently
- Strong proficiency in Figma for creating interfaces, prototypes and flows
- Experience with Design Systems, guidelines and component libraries
- Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean UX
- Excellent communication skills for clear idea articulation and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Familiarity with AI‑enhanced design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Google Stitch, Lovable)
