- Design end-to-end experiences that simplify loan applications, mortgage processes, and home transactions, from discovery and interaction design through visual execution. Lead design strategy and cross-functional alignment, create scalable design foundations, and help elevate the design team's craft.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of full-time product design experience, fluent English for a US client-facing environment, strong Figma and design systems skills, and the ability to lead collaborative sessions and communicate design decisions. Candidates should use AI tools to improve design exploration, research, and delivery, work effectively amid ambiguity, and simplify complex processes; mortgage and lending knowledge is a plus.
