Urban Design Manager

Lead complex urban design and master planning projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, design quality, and multidisciplinary teams. Build client relationships, lead presentations and public engagement, mentor staff, and support proposals and business development.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in urban design, planning, architecture, or landscape architecture and at least 8 years of professional experience are required; a master's degree and 10 or more years of experience are preferred. Candidates should bring leadership and project management experience, strong urban design and graphic production skills, proficiency with relevant design software, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and preferably AICP certification or active pursuit of it.
