Requirements
- Candidates need a foundational understanding of user-centered and interface design, hands-on design experience, and the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with a modern design tool. Attention to visual detail, usability, and accessibility, along with clear communication and openness to feedback, are required; a relevant portfolio and exposure to usability testing, responsive design, design systems, or web implementation are preferred.
