Translate client needs and business objectives into usable digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and interface proposals. Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure successful implementation and documentation of design components.
Responsibilities
- Translate client needs and business objectives into usable digital experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI proposals
- Perform design handoff and maintain constant collaboration with Product and Technology teams
- Conduct lightweight research to validate hypotheses
- Document design decisions and component specifications according to CoE standards
- Design solutions tailored for execution within a squad or initiative
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of senior‑level experience designing digital products in agile or digital‑transformation settings
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Communication, Psychology, Engineering or related field
- Experience with UX/UI design, flow creation, wireframing and prototyping
- Ability to hand off designs to development and follow up during implementation
- Experience with light/tactical user research and documentation of design decisions
- Familiarity with design component standards (Center of Excellence)
- Advanced reading comprehension in English and intermediate conversational ability
- Preferred experience in banking, fintech or other regulated industries
