Deputy Structural Design Manager

Lead and coordinate structural engineering teams across firms and locations, providing technical oversight, reviewing design decisions, resolving complex engineering issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, client coordination, proposals, and delivery while mentoring teams and supporting business development.

- Lead and coordinate structural engineering teams across firms and locations, providing technical oversight, reviewing design decisions, resolving complex engineering issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, client coordination, proposals, and delivery while mentoring teams and supporting business development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience are required, including 2 years of task management or deputy project management experience. A master's degree, 10 years of relevant experience, PE certification, and design-build structural leadership or design team management experience are preferred.
